Hunter Biden requested on Wednesday to subpoena former President Trump and three senior officials who served in his administration’s Justice Department, seeking evidence that Biden’s criminal prosecution is politically motivated.
Biden, who faces three federal gun charges, is demanding Trump and former Attorney General Bill Barr turn over communications and documents concerning the president’s son or his criminal investigation.
The demands for documents, which must be approved by a judge, also extend to former Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue and former acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen.

I’m no legal expert...or an expert on American politics...but I wonder how seriously Rat Party Headquarters is about Hunter. Do they see him as having the potential to derail The Big Guy and their hopes for November 2024...or do they see this as just a bit of fun?

In a sane world, this would be tossed instantly and Hunter Biden would be severely rebuked and fined for filing frivolous actions.

This is not happening under Trumps administration. And not under the Rino Bill Barr either. It is all a sham anyways as the DOJ goal is for hunter to walk free. If they find a judge to approve this then it will be a sham judge as well.
Their is plenty of evidence to back up Hunter’s crimes.
Can’t see any reason why Trump would in any way try to help someone who’s been trying to put him(Trump) away. This is the height of ....something; can’t think of the right words.
