Trump is the opposite - his actions as president were overwhelmingly positive and good for the United States, while the stuff that comes out of his mouth and out of his typing fingers can be cringe-inducing.

Amen to this.

I had only one disagreement with President Trump's policies as president, and that was how he handled the aftermath of the Las Vegas shooting by directing the ATF to ban bump stocks as "machine guns."

But there is no denying his performance on making us energy independent, re-shoring jobs from overseas back to the United States, renegotiating the disastrous NAFTA agreement, doing his best against a headwind to seal the border, and bringing some semblance of balance back to our court system with his judicial appointments.

I did too, and I was particularly concerned that this could set a precedent -- that Presidents could direct the ATF to change rules so thoroughly, that it should have come as a law from the House and Senate instead.
