I would eat a goat like that if I were hard-up for food, but...not otherwise. I have heard that gamey goat is NASTY as all get out. Someone I knew told me it made her gag, it was that bad. I’ve never eaten goat, so I don’t know.

Like I said, if things were so tight I had to eat it, I would, but only in that instance.

‘they say’ goat stew is delicious- ive never had it but it i think woudl be like lamb stew, only maybe a little gamier- lamb stew is delicious- we often will save the lamb bones, and drippings, and make a beef stew and add it to the stew- it ramps up the flavor by 100-

I have eaten goat, it was good.

I cannot imagine eating intact grown male. Their reek is sp powerful it gets into the milk of the females. Their own flesh would be nauseating.

Goat tastes fine, but not so much if it is a musky unalltered male. He might make good kibbles fir Cricket’s kin.
