In a tweet this pst weekend, Weissmann shares that he believes that a defendant in the US must prove their innocence. This is third world communist stuff.
He was quickly outed as a moron for his ignorance of the law.

I don’t know how many times I’ve listened to lefties tell me that Mueller didn’t find Trump innocent.

He would be my top choice to answer for malicious prosecution by paying the fines, fees, legal costs, and time of all the people who he has denied Brady material and altered evidence/destroyed evidence.

Andrew Weismann and Jack Smith are the Lawfare ‘wetwork’ lawyers for the Deep State. They are sh*tty attorneys but they are willing to break the law to use the justice system to incarcerate their enemies, so they are in high demand right now.
