This was posted already, Florida statute say damages in excess of $1000 is a 3rd degree felony.. The guy is definitely a total ass-hat with no regard for others.

He probably thought Keying a car is no worse than spitting on it, not realizing he's causing $1000's in damage in under a minute.

a neighbor had this happen, $1700 in damages because the ass didn't like how the car was parked. a college student late for class pissed at the world.. the insurance had to pay the damages and the guy only had to pay the mans deductible, GRRRRRRRR!

Growing up in Florida we had people from all over North America visiting all year long. Most people were pretty decent. However, the people from NY and Quebec were a constant pain in the rump. Rude as heck.
