Not a lawyer so asking the question, what does the default mean? Does she go to jail?
No, it means the court says she has to turn over what is requested. That is a far thing from getting to it actually being turned over but it’s a good start. Expect many cards to be played and wailing to occur before anything substantive happens.
I am guessing she will be given a new date to either respond or provide the goods. If she does neither is she held in contempt?
Amazingly, Fani just feels that the law and rules don’t apply to her, just like all good Commies. To her, laws are just tools to use against those who don’t think the same way as Commies.
