I am a Torah-observant Messianic believer in Y-shua haMoshiach. This is not an oxymoron! I prefer to use the Tanak (OT) to understand the many obscure New Testament passages.

7. Ani Maamin with a perfect faith that the prophecy of Moses, “The L-RD thy G-d will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him you shall lend an ear.” That is our teacher Yeshua Messiah, and it is He to whom I shall lend my ear.

I dress modestly. No one except my husband sees my belly button. The internet is a G-d send as far as this issue is concerned. I have some links on my FR links page of good places to find modest clothes as well as longer shirts for layering and protecting one's midsection from the lower riding jeans that are popular now. I love to cook...I have a YouTube page now where I'm starting to post some of my favourite recipies. Kimchi Pizza was my first, which has over 40,000 hits now. My second recipe was Turkey Kimchi Bokumbap (Fried Rice).

My third video was a recipe called Chuncheon Wings. They are hotter, tastier and more interesting than Buffalo Wings, IMO! My 4th cooking video was Chuncheon Alfredo. Within 24 hours of its online debut, it was a featured video on Youtube Korea's Front Page.In July 2008, Youtube also featured my Chuncheon Wings recipe as well as 11 other Korean recipes from all over the world.

Then I posted a video of innovative uses for kimchi called Innovations with Kimchi.

My video called The secret to Korean ribs is my first video making an authentic Korean recipe.

My next two recipes both featured potatoes as the main ingredient: Korean Latkes(감자전) and Korean potato salad (감자 샐러드). Two potato videos in a row? I promised not to make another potato video for a while.

How about trying some Curry deviled eggs instead? Now I'm back to pasta again with Kkaenip Pesto, which was just featured on Zen Kimchi which is one of the most popular food blogs in Korea. My most recent video was a recipe called Soju Cream Sauce, which is a variation on Vodka Cream Sauce. KBSWorldi asked me to watch their documentary Noodle Road and make a commentary on the DVD in my video, so this video is my first (and hopefully not last) collaboration with KBS.

I've also posted a couple of vlogs, too. My first vlog is called Tamar compares Koreans and Americans. My second vlog is Happy B-day BYJ (Be a Tourist in Your Own Country). I need more subscribers, please! I am also a blogger now. Check out my blog.
