Consistently in favor of Freedom in all areas. That means I’m in favor of low taxes...keeping government off the people’s backs economically. I’m also in favor of minimal government interference when it comes to social issues....keeping government off the people’s backs socially. These are essentially Libertarian beliefs. However, when it comes to the issue of abortion, sadly the Libertarians favor “choice”. In my view this is misguided, because if one believes that at some point when in the womb, a fetus becomes a human being, then the unborn child should also be free from violence and government sactioned interference with his or her well being. The unborn child in other words, is given the benefit of the doubt and the assumption is made that he/she actually an Unborn Libertarian.
