Any intrusion by the government in our private lives is suspect. The Constitution and Bill of Rights were meant to impede effective government meddling. When we meekly acquiesce to ever greater intrusions in the name of security, the terrorists will have won! We will have become conditioned to accept tyranny, the only question will be what the tyrant calls himself!
