The president and first lady arrived at Texas State Technical College Airport in Waco on board Air Force One. Holding his black Scottish terrier, Barney, the president waved to about 30 well-wishers and members of the media before boarding a Marine One helicopter for a flight to his Crawford ranch. There the Bushes are expected to spend the remainder of the holidays. Also traveling with the Bushes was Laura Bush's mother, Jenna Welch. Enjoy your (small) daily dose of Dubya!

Thanks petuniaseven, for filling in for rintense. I just caught the 'mini-dose' last night, and am happy to see more pictures this morning, too. I've decided that there should be a new fashion rule for the first couple. No black clothes allowed when carrying Barney...otherwise we can't find him!
