This early evening I was surfing and there on the bottom of CNN is this IMPORTANT NEWS... former president clinton speaking to new york high school students told them not to be afraid because then the terrorists would win. Sorry for the confusion. These lines clearly indicated who I meant and, of course, I used "Scumbag." For some time, I have been saying "Scumbag" with a capital S, not "the scumbag" or "a scumbag." I have tried to get others to recognize Scumbag as they would Madonna, Cher, Prince, Sting, etc.
