I loved watching the lefties try to spin and “prove” that a Silver Star could have a V device.
(Kerry listed his supposed DD-214 on his page, it listed exactly that. A Silver with V device. Patently ridiculous, hence why I brought it up.)
I have two friends of mine that got the SS in VN for Valor, Enlisted Scum, never saw a V on the Award.
