Pabst Blue Ribbon was one of the beer frequently drunk by my parents generation. Yeah it might not have been the best but it was affordable. I’ve had more than a few in my past.
We used to call it carburetor cleaner.

I put some in a cellar one time instead of refrigerating it and it was pretty good. That is how it was supposed to be drunk. I tried some a couple of years ago and it just gave me a headache. Of course here in Colorado there’s a craft brewery on every corner so good beer isn’t a problem. Except Coors.
This would make a good “inspired by a true story” movie.

It was their premium beer. If you were on a tight budget, there was always the more affordable Red White and Blue.

I am amazed that are these assholes here that take this occasion to put down the brand of beer rather than celebrate the brotherhood and love shown by these men.
Glad y'all enjoyed it. Don't worry about the assholes, they're just the price of doing business on the internet. Besides, they chisel away at their own souls, so payback will be a bigger bitch than they even remotely expect - God is not amused.
What got me about the video was the guy who spoke about how blown they all were that someone actually still gave a damn about them. Made the whole thing worth it. Also how so many others, especially pilots, made sure he got to his buddies. I mean after all, they were a little busy, but they all saw how important this really was.
