...When they worked. They were also rollover prone. I had three of these as a Wpns PLt Ldr for my mortar section. I was lucky to have one out of three operable on any given day.

Down at Ft Stewart in 1984 our Duse and Half tore up so motor pool brought us a Goat to use to haul ammo. Our last day in the field we were headed back in close to dark and decided to take it for a joy ride back through the mud. LOL It was different I’ll say that for it.

We also used these POS, the "Gamma-Goat", always breaking down..I wondered what happened to the Gamma-goat. My unit was involved in testing them in Thailand back in the early '60s.
