I will defer to the Coroner in this case. He has access to evidence that is not in the video.
However, the fact remains that had he simply turned around and placed his hands behind his back as he was instructed during a LEGAL arrest, this would not have happened.

The video does show him being taken down with a choke hold, and then being crushed by 4 or 5 cops, which caused the chest compression and prevented him from breathing.
