We hear of missing children all the time. There are thousands of them, and the numbers grow by the day.
Many of these voo doo rituals use the glands and certain body parts . They feel by injesting a certain gland or part, their powers will be increased. For example, the adrenal gland gives them speed and strength. A gland from a living person is aroused to make it stronger, and the gland is removed while the person is alive.
There's a gland or body part for each power.
Faith or belief is the pineal gland.

Understanding is in the front of the brain.

Order is just behind the navel.
Zeal is at the base of the neck.
Elimination is the lower back.
Life is in the generative organs.
This is the same belief used by the New Age Religions, also referred to as the Chakras, or healing centers found in the Aura. They medatate on these areas for certain powers or healings. I'd like to say this tactfully and with all due respect. No flames intended here. I am a Christian and a yoga practitioner. The information you gave here is incorrect. New Agers take bits and pieces from all sorts of places and put them together to make their 'I'm okay-you're okay' pseudo religion. Yoga is not theirs to claim anymore than cigars are Bill Clinton's. Yoga is not a religion and people from all faiths practice it. The chakra correlations are all wrong here and people do not "meditate" on the chakras. Much of what gets passed on here in America as information is either misguided or distorted to people's agendas.

Again, no flames here but honesty is important. None of this is related to black magic by any stretch of the imagination.

The whole idea of embalming and not returning to dust is repugnant to me. We can dig up AbeLincoln or Jesse James and report on the shrunken features, length of hair and nails, and the condition of the body. That's obscene.

I like the old way....buried within a day, in a decomposable wooden box, and a return to the dust from which God made me. My spirit returns to God who gave it.

Who wants their blood drained and replaced with anti-freeze....sounds weird when you think of it.
