It’s cliche to say at this point, but in future may want to try taking regular zinc (with Quercetin), Vitamin D3, and Airborne gummies for vitamin C daily to prevent future COVID infections - though you may already be doing this.
As stated in the post, this started in early 2020 with a COVID infection so the vaccine had nothing to do with it...and these symptoms are likely caused by the other parts of the virus vs. its spike protein (though if something can dissolve the spike protein it would damage the virus itself and other ill effects its spike protein causes).

Heavenly Father, hold our FRiend in your loving arms, comfort her and heal her body. Lord, thank you that our hope for healing is in you. If there are doctors or treatments that you would want to use to heal her, I pray that you would guide her to them. I ask for wisdom and discernment about which treatments to pursue. I, too have prayed for your recovery. I had COVID myself, in late 2020,had some lung damage as well, but apparently not to the extent you did as I have recovered pretty well. Nothing has been said about COPD to me, fortunately. I get short-winded pretty easily, though. I am in my mid-80s & I live pretty normally;just have to take it easy. I have prayed that you would fully recover. I understand your situation.

May the Good Lord bless and hold you in His caring arms. I am also now battling what may be COVID (never tested) and beset with lower tract digestive issues and compromised lungs from a similar bout of severe phenomena two years ago so I can empathize somewhat with your predicament. Because this bio-agent affects everyone so differently and the symptoms are so ‘novel’ doctors find themselves at a loss on how to treat it. The spectrum of illnesses associated with the engineered agent is truly astounding. May God please give you the strength to withstand the attacks and I pray for His healing grace to overcome all of your COVID afflictions. In Jesus name I offer these petitions for your well being.
