Then I witnessed in heaven an event of great significance.

I saw a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon beneath her feet, and a crown of twelve stars on her head.

She was pregnant, and she cried out because of her labor pains and the agony of giving birth.

Dear Lord Jesus, it appears that the birth pains are becoming more frequent and stronger.

Where is the sense of urgency in our nation?

Our comfortable life blinds us to the many seemingly obvious warnings.

Lord Jesus we pray for the church to arise into serious prayer and repentance.

Lord we know you keep your promises, may we dwell in your shadow of safety by keeping your word.

Lord Jesus we lift up President Trump, may what he is going through build great leadership wisdom.

We pray that the unlawfully imprisoned be released, the border crisis would be resolved in wisdom.

Lord we pray for an honesty and integrity return to the government.

Lord we pray that the flood from the dragons mouth would not destroy your people for we know you keep your promises.

Father God, we pray that the compromised church, the traitors in leadership, and the weak will repent.
We pray that they will hunger for Your mercy and Your love.

We pray for the faithful church.
Give us courage, wisdom and peace, that we will not fear the great flood from the dragons mouth.
Bind us closer to Thee.

Prayer For Courage To Stand Firm

Father, we live in a world where spiritual deception and a watered-down gospel is luring many good men and women away from the pure milk of the Word of God, and instead of drinking from the fountain of life, so many people are compromising their faith by drinking from the broken cisterns of the world. Give me resolute courage I pray, to stand fast in the evil day and endow me with boldness and sufficient strength, that only comes from You, so that I may remain firmly anchored to the unalterable and infallible Word of God.

Keep me I pray, from being lulled into a spiritual slumber or lured into compromising the gospel of truth, for the sake of an easy existence or a peaceful life. May I recognise that one of the enemy’s chief objective is to render the witness of Christians impotent, by diluting the message of the glorious gospel of grace and twisting its eternal truths. I pray that my mind may be protected day by day as it is washed in the cleansing power of the Word of Truth, and may I put on the whole armour of God so that I may stand firm in the evil day. In Jesus’ name I pray,

“When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”
The shepherds hurried off and found Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen the baby, the shepherds spread the word about what angels had told, and all who heard the Nativity story were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. The Bible passage concludes in Luke 2:19-20:

“The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things they had heard and seen, which were just as they had been told.”
