I remember when people used to try to help these people feel comfortable in their own bodies through mental help. Now govt and half of society encourge the mental illness and make it illegal to provide effective therapy help, and hide it from the parents if they are minors.
And that right there is why we need a real Pope. Gotta get Yogi and Boo Boo back in the woods where they belong!
