Some people prefer videos, others transcripts. For myself and obviously you, reading printed words are the preferred method. In our time book stores are closing down because very many people no longer read (or write letters) but watch videos, TV, and smaller screens.
Which does not mean the latter is better. I just watched Hacksaw Ridge (on a desktop), but for providing information then reading is superior, via book or at least a large screen, vs. mobile devices which foster low info liberals via MSM headline propaganda, though for powerful motivational preaching (like Soldiers") then audio is far better. In our place I have a collection of over 14,000 sermon and testimony files on an old laptop which broadcast 24/7 thru a cheap FM transmitter so in every room that has an FM radio as well as around the yard they can be listened to, usually while doing something else, praise God. But I do not like having to carry or use a smart phone.
