There it is. Work six days, rest (and honor) one day.
It certainly would be nice if all of Christendom could spiritually gather on the exact same day of the week. But I cannot see (biblically) why that would be required. And besides that, it’s not even practical. For it would mean no police protection, no hospital staff, etc. on that day.
The priests violated the strict rules of the Sabbath as they carried out their duties.
