If Islam, the Koran, or Muhammad were truly holy, then the Church would refer to Muhammad as Saint Muhammad.
They don’t!
And you can bet there are many documents in the restricted portion of the Vatican library that support the decision Not to beatify Muhammad.

The Vatican has issued Ramadan greetings to Muslims, writing that the Islamic period of Ramadan is important also to “Christians.” Our Pope is a proponent of Modernism in all of its aspects, including Everyone gets a trophy because everyone is special in their own way.
The Muslims fast during Ramadan so they are like us Catholics during Lent.
Other things that the Muslims are happy to do in their worship of the Moon God Allah are not nearly so Christ like such as murdering Christians, Jews, Hindus and any other non-Muslim.

The good Bishop is correct. As others have noted, Islam is a totalitarian political system (sharia) dressed up as a religion. The sober observers in the Catholic Church early stated that Islam is a heresy, and that fact remains. Not sure where the hell the Pope gets his thinking, but it sure isn't from reading Church documents.
