what conceivable basis is there for saying this? There is nothing in scripture which suggests Satans power against Job was specific to that situation. ////
Of course there is read no further than Job 1:10
Job 1.10-11 is just Satan making the false claim to God that Job only loves God because he has been greatly blessed. I don’t see how that supports your claim at all.
