They freely admit the relation to Judaism; they trace their roots to Abraham and simply follow his first-born (Ishmael), born to the concubine, instead of the second (Isaac), born to Abraham’s wife. In terms of Jesus, they claim he is a prophet - just not as important as Mohammed.
And in the Quran, Jesus is mentioned many times, Mohammed is not. and in the Quran Jesus does miracles - and Mohammed does not.
It is possible to use the Quran to lead Muslims to Christ - if the Holy Spirit is initiating to do so........
