This political crime syndicate associated with the usual suspects will be I believe exposed, will have the light on them. They will try and hide as Mifsud has and just yesterday the CEO of MC2, the Epstein connected little girl modeling agency, has vanished.
These criminal politicians and power brokers will murder, malign, and create Hell for anyone opposing them. Pope Benedict likely saw that innocent persons would be hurt unless he stepped aside and stayed quiet. I always believed he was a Pope that put the safety of others first.
I suppose if we have a strong faith we never worry about the eventual outcome but we pray that innocents are not harmed.

There was a lot of talk about having Benedict arrested for his failure to remove pedophile priests (never mind he actually increased removal of such priests when he was given the job under John Paul II). Some think he resigned to keep the church from having a Pope in jail under criminal indictment.
But this wasn't the first time that powerful people in the church tried to remove the Pope. In the 1990s I remember a lot of “editorials” about removing John Paul II from office when he developed Parkinson's disease.
He refused to resign, and had powerful friends that kept them from removing him, but he essentially lost control of the bureaucrats... allowing the “deep state” equivalent in the Curia for years put their bishops in place
(often the Pope is blamed for not “knowing” about bad bishops, but the Vatican “nuncio” of every country usually suggested people to the office in charge, and for years the one in the USA was pushing the modern types, and I won't even go into rumors how the “Gay” cartel pushed their friends into higher office.)

Then you have Yallop’s book claiming a previous pope (John Paul I) was poisoned because he was planning to clean up the Vatican bank.
I mean, the present pope is pushing the UN’s Green agenda while appointing known perverts to high office.

I used to hope the same thing. However, I can see the writing on the wall. Barr is not going after the criminals. He is there to dance the Kabuki, but he is all about protecting the Deep State.
- No arrests (except for Epstein, and he was murdered in his cell 6 weeks after being picked up, Barr called the murder a "suicide" a few days later, and some prison guards were sent a strongly worded letter about how "disappointed" Barr was
- Barr has now twice refused to prosecute Comey for crimes, and despite conjecture that Barr is going to prosecute Deep State players once the "really, really BIG stuff comes to light", I no longer believe that
- Endless "investigations" that go nowhere, lead nowhere, and charge no one
