Alas, he left the job. This is the problem. You may see him as your pope, or the pope, but the fact of the matter is HE’S OUT.

I loved him too, very much.

But, he bailed, and yet, as you say, he lives. So, what was up with that?

And how did the same College of Cardinals that elected Benedict turn around and foist Francis on us?

I’m sorry for our loss. But I am done with the RC church and yeah, this is part of why. Because that’s how actually important it is.
