Brutal statement. However, I have found that to be mostly true. Not all of them (with tattoos) are bad people but they are definitely towards the bottom of the socioeconomic ladder and not likely to advance very far.

Most professional companies will not hire somebody with visible tattoos. That may change over time as so many young people are getting them but for now, it's still a barrier to upward mobility.

Personally, I see nothing appealing about tattoos whatsoever. They do absolutely nothing positive for one's personal appearance. Except maybe Popeye the Sailor Man.

When women get them, I think it's so tragic. It just makes them look skanky and unattractive. It is like having a beautiful shiny car and then intentionally taking a sharp object and scraping out a huge scratch across the side of it.

Why?

There can be quite wealthy and accomplished people who are lowlifes.
