Archbishop Sheen died on Dec. 9, one day after the Feast of the Immaculate Conception and three days before the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe; no coincidence there! Juan Diego’s feast day is Dec. 9. It will be interesting to see what day Archbishop Sheen receives when he becomes a saint.
