Your statement above is not in scripture! You have modified the scripture!
The scripture says that by the grace of God we are saved through our faith.
“Faith,” everywhere in scripture, is the willing embrace and obedience to the covenant. Nowhere is it anything else.
The only “works” that are condemned are the works of the Pharisees’ burdensome Takanot and Ma’assim, the demolition of which was demonstrated by every one of Yeshua’s miracles.
