I pity you caught in your cult. I was at the service last night for my sons first pastoral call out of seminary. The love of Christ and the Holy Spirit was much in evidence in the service and in the remarkable young men receiving their first call. I pray that the scales fall from your eyes before it is too late.

I live under the new covenant established by Christ on the night He was betrayed. And I don’t know what the definition of rapture is other than Paul stating we will meet Christ in the air when He calls. Gnosticism, secret knowledge and other heresies are as old as Christianity itself. It appears you have found your way into them. Christ and Christ alone through His atoning sacrifice is the only way to Salvation. Trying to tie your salvation to anything else means you are lost.

The problem is he is reading his own special translation of the Bible, not the words that you and I read when we read those passages. Almost every cult rejects standard translations of the Bible and institute their own to support their twisted doctrine. The Mormons and the Jehovah’s witnesses are especially good at this. Editors cult is late to the party.
