How to Influence the Way the Lord Will Judge Us

Thanks bro. I also have total, complete,💯% assurance of salvation, beyond any shadow of a doubt, whatsoever. How is that for confidence? 🤗 My confidence, however, is in Jesus, not myself. I have NO intention of waiting till I die, to see if I have attained Heaven. I think 99% of people who wait that long, will end up in Hell. It doesn’t have to be that way.
By the way, correct me if I am wrong, but this is Matthew 24:13 “But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” I don’t think Jesus is even talking about salvation at all. He is talking about physically surviving the tribulation period.
Praise God for assurance of salvation. It’s available to all, but if some don’t want it, that’s on them. 🤯😄😆😁🤗

I do not know why people reject Christ’s gift of righteousness that gives eternal life. Instead, they try to earn their own righteousness and fail.

Yes, they have been lied to, but somewhere along the line, after having been exposed to the truth, it becomes willful ignorance and disobedience. I am sure there are several reasons for it. Maybe they enjoy sin, and don’t want to repent. John 3:19. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
Another reason, might be human pride. They don’t like being told by God, that they are desperately wicked. (Jeremiah 17:9) They satisfy their own human pride, by saying God is incapable of saving people, independently of themselves. They think they have to help God along, by leading a good life, thereby earning at least a part of their salvation. I have NO intention of going that route.
Hey JA, I disagree with your interpretation of “enduring to the end.” See my post 21, for a different viewpoint on that issue. You may or may not agree, but I put it out there for you, because you specifically brought it up. 😱👍🤠❄️
