Heavenly Father –
We thank You for our founders, whose faith in You and love of Your Word, enabled them to give birth to our nation more than 240 years ago.
As we approach the Fourth of July, may we never forget that You are the Author of Freedom and Liberty. And only You have given dignity and value to human life. May we remember who we are in You. And be Your ambassadors with the message of the Gospel in a fallen world.
We confess our sins of unbelief, ungratefulness, pride, arrogance, godlessness – living our lives like You don’t exist. Give us a heart of repentance. And a hunger to know You and love You and keep Your commandments.
We lift up all our leaders to You, Father. Grant Wisdom and courage to President Trump and Vice President Pence, and the 115th Congress. Protect them from harm on all fronts. Likewise, protect all those who put themselves in harm’s way to serve others, home and abroad.
Fill us with the power of the Holy Spirit. Revive us, again. Spark a Fourth Great Awakening among Your people. Bring healing to our land.

* for giving us nation whose government was formed on Your precepts.
* for the brave men and women who risk their lives and those who gave their lives to keep the peace and to defend our nation.
* for the many blessings you have bestowed upon us.
Forgive us...
* for turning our face from You and forsaking Your laws for worldly pleasures.
* for not guarding our nation’s education system.
* for electing legislators who pass laws, enact policies that go against Your WORD, and appoint judges who legislate from the bench.
* for remaining silent in the arena of public policy.
* for living double-minded lives.
* for not teaching the generations to serve You and obey Your Commands.
* for neglecting prayer and the study of Your Word.
FATHER GOD, we see the fruits of our disobedience. We cry out to you for mercy. Give America another chance. Send revival. Give us courage to stand against the evil that permeates America. Forgive us. Heal our land.

HOLY FATHER Our eyes have witnessed Your Glory, Your Mercy. We are very much aware of YOU as You seek to turn us back to YOUR teachings after our wandering astray for far too long. Please open our eyes and ears to all that surrounds us that we may know what You have given to Your children.

The Ten Commandments are our moral foundation.
Father God, fortify us to make ways for the Ten Commandments to no longer be hidden from the people, but that we may post them in schools and public places again. May we bring You back into our culture, our hearts, and into the soul of this nation. May we once again be One Nation Under God.
