Tomorrow, April 24, is Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day, remembering the Armenians killed by the Turks (as many as a million and a half between 1915 and 1923). The word genocide was coined to describe this war of extermination. Hundreds of thousands of Greeks and Assyrians were also killed by the Turks during that period.
Was this because the Turks were Muslims or for some other reason?
