Father God, we come joyfully to Your throne of grace today because we love You and we know that here we find mercy and grace to help in time of need. We acknowledge that You are the all powerful God--greater than all our problems and fears--Who always defends and cares for us. You are always faithful!
I want to take a step back today and just give You glory for all You have done in our Nation and all that we know by faith You are continuing to do. Each day we wake up and find that Your work is being displayed and that You have caused another victory while we were sleeping! Being Your child and Your servant is wonderful and we are so grateful that we find ourselves at this place and time in Your Kingdom.
Thank You for our President, his family and his staff. You have given him favor, courage, protection and great wisdom. We see that You have been preparing him for such a time as this. We notice that he is increasing in spiritual wisdom as well, giving You the glory and honor. What a mighty God You have been to do this miraculous work in his life for the benefit of Your children.
Thank You for all the closet Christians in leadership who now have the boldness to proclaim their dependence on You and to ask for our prayers on their behalf. Thank You for the work You are doing in the lives of those who are working against Your plan for us. You give us complete confidence that You are attempting to show them Your grace and exposing the work our enemy has been doing through them. The wicked are not a problem for You.
Thank You for all of the men and women who serve in the military and as first responders. You called them, You anointed them, You order their steps for our service. You are marvelous, Sir.
Thank You for Free Republic and the mighty army of intercessors You have assembled here. Each day we come together and the power and heart praise flow from You through each one. We are grateful.
I pray today for each intercessor that participates, whether we are aware of his presence or not. Grant each one, according to the riches of Your glory, to be strengthened with might through Your Spirit in his inner man, (Eph 3:16). As he takes the time to serve You in this place, I pray that You would redeem his time. Because he has chosen to delight himself in You, grant him the desire of his heart. By Your grace, pour out of Your Spirit on each family member so that not one would perish. Let friends, co-workers, neighbors and family members see Your blessing on his life and be so jealous that they would want what they have.
You are greatly loved by us, God. We bless You in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Why are the nations so angry?
Why do they waste their time with futile plans?

The kings of the earth prepare for battle;
the rulers plot together
against the Lord
and against his anointed one.

“and free ourselves from slavery to God.”

But the one who rules in heaven laughs.
The Lord scoffs at them.

For the Lord declares, “I have placed my chosen king on the throne
in Jerusalem, on my holy mountain.”
FATHER GOD,
The world rages. Their leaders plot together to take down AMERICA. You, LORD, laugh and scoff at them. He knows their time is short. JESUS CHRIST has won the victory and He is in command!
This battle for the soul of AMERICA is not against flesh and blood, but against rulers we cannot see, against powers, principalities.
You direct us,
“Put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” (Ephesians 6:13-18)
Draw close to us, HOLY SPIRIT. Fill us with holy boldness to be lights in a dark world. Let us not grow complacent, but energize us and give us strength to run this race, knowing witnesses are cheering us on!
We declare, “Blessed is the nation whose GOD is the LORD. To GOD be the glory. In HIM we put our trust.
