I understand the rules, but when the RCC is messing up by the numbers, how can we have a useful conversation? What is being said here is RCC policy is foremost over Scripture. If we can't converse over a policy that would be obviously wrong and diametrically opposed to thousands of years of teaching, The falling away of the church has already begun. Almost daily, some statement has to be "explained" from the pope on down the line. BY saying we can't discuss this, FR is just saying fornication is just as "Catholic" as marriage. At this rate abortion will be "justified" within a couple of years.
