Me: Scripture ***states*** that Mary and Joseph had sex? Not in any Bible i have read, not even Protestant ones. The Church taught this for over 1,000 years before Protestants rejected it. I realize that you do not think historicity is important, but I prefer to trust those who were closer to the time of Christ.

It doesn't say they ever went to the bathroom either.
