Psalm 103, preached at my son's funeral 32 years ago. I put his body in the ground on his 27th birthday. Never forgotten. Still dream of him. For him, life was rather short. For me, well, I'm always grateful to the Lord for yet one more day, one more chance to tell of His excellent glories.

So be it.

I’m so sorry about the death of your son. May he rest in peace.

My son died at 6 wks. well over 40 years ago. Also, lost a
baby in miscarriage the year before. I think I will see
them again; sooner now than later. I’m 70 now. Trust in the
Lord!

imardmd1:

I lost my boy 14 years ago. I, also, try to be grateful for every day I'm given, but at 70 the hosts of the dead crowd around me.
