My wife was not feeling at all well this morning as she accompanied me at a podiatrist's appointment at the V.A. When we got home her condition worsened. She could barely see, had a pounding headache and was very dizzy. So we drove to the emergency room of a close-by hospital, where they did numerous tests. She is in the midst of an ongoing stroke.
Please pray for her.

Barbara is inn this old Marine’s prayers tonight. You are as well. I asked for her comfort and recovery, and for your strength and love. They never told us the golden years would be so hard, eh?

Maybe research foods that stroke victims can eat or something. Or inventory what’s in your frig.

This plea is that the LORD will hold you both in the shelter under His Shadow (Ps. 91:1) and oversee the atentions of the caregivers, to heal from the difficult event. May God bless you both with His grace as you make your way through a valley.

Wow hope she is ok.
I had a stroke about five years ago, maybe when i slept. Impacted my memory pretty significantly.
There are likely drugs the doc will prescribe. Have her take them, and use this as an opportunity to make sure she is not taking aspirin or similar too regularly.
