Counter to your suggestion, the above comments are Catholic dogma. Protestants happen to claim to ascribe to them as well.
There are dogmas, however, where we differ.

You cannot love "mary" with all your body, heart and souls and be in compliance with the Greatest Commandment.
Roman Catholicism is in error....again due to its insistent worship of Mary.

There once were two brothers: one who loved to practice art with paper while the other aspired to carve figurines and other useful objects. Each received a present for Christmas along their passions, the first received a pair of scissors, while the other a carving knife. The brother who loved to carve was a peaceful fellow while the one who liked to cut things out of paper was a sort of brute.
The following year the two brothers received another gift but the same gift as the other brother, however, from their father. He knew they had both been wanted a pet lamb and both had been asking him relentlessly nearly all year long for one.
So their father obtained two young lambs from a local farmer and carefully placed them in their respective boxes with special ventilation holes, just before gift opening time on Christmas morning, after feeding them each a special grass that helps them feel sleepy. The two lambs had been rescued from being attacked by coyotes just after birth, but had been nursed to health by then.
Before the final touches on the gift wrapping, their mother wrote on the wrapping paper warning to be gentle, and that the contents were fragile.
Well when the two brothers saw the boxes, they both “knew” what was inside, and could hardly contain their excitement.
The brother who liked to make art with scissors, however, hurried to his prize and in his excitement grabbed the knife from his brother’s hands and sliced through the paper and box and tore the paper throwing shreds aside, and in fact inflicted a fresh cut upon the poor little lamb inside!
The second brother, having lost his knife in the travesty, picked up his brother’s scissors to open his package, and in his excitement, he exclaimed, “The present that I longed for and have for so long wanted to love!”
He held and caressed the box and looked up at his parents with gratitude. He looked closely at the paper, savoring every moment of this event. He then noticed the warnings and cautions which his mother had written on the wrapping paper, and proceeded to open the gift.
He then knew that he wanted to treasure this moment the rest of his life in every degree possible, including saving the very wrapping paper and box.
So he held the scissors gently and cut each piece of tape holding the paper on and unwrapped the gift slowly and carefully until he had the happy lamb sitting content upon his lap. At the days end he gathered the paper up and folded it neatly and put it and the box in safekeeping.
Which of the two brothers, do you think, received their respective gift lamb more properly and had a trusting lamb as a companion?
