Yes...Luke is written in Greek.

Here is how Luke recorded his research.

καὶ εἰσελθὼν πρὸς αὐτὴν εἶπεν· Χαῖρε, κεχαριτωμένη, ὁ κύριος μετὰ σοῦ

The key words are translated into English as, "Greetings, favored one..."

Mary was favored as she had been selected to be the mother of Christ.
