IMHO, whatever the heck ‘fatima’ is, it AINT something sounding bible-thumping Christian, and sounds too much like Arabic!
“Fatima” does come from Arabic, actually. It’s the name of a place in Portugal where there was a supposed Catholic apparition, but the name dates back to when the Arabic-speaking Moors controlled most of the Spanish peninsula.
