I don't believe that there IS a force that can reduce AND eliminate since BOTH things can't be done. It's one or the other. Your thinking IS NOT clear on this.

I know the true/dictionary meaning of the word.

I also know a different meaning which is the actual meaning used by the political Left and its allies, which you should be aware is what they actually mean when they say it. They don’t mean the dictionary definition.
