Trump’s remarks at the dinner were great. It’s on youtube, make sure to take a look. He blasted her for being so corrupt she got kicked off the Watergate Committee, he talked about Wikileaks, and about how she’s been in politics since the 1970’s, and everything’s a mess. It was the most brutal, and most truthful bit ever done at the Alfred E Smith dinner.

Trump was brutal in his comments against Hillary. There were loud “boos” and gasps. These comments are traditionally considered “roasting” where off putting, even slanderous comments are normally raucously approved. Trump japed an icon and the worshipers were not amused.

There was booing at some of Trump's remarks, not surprising that the crowd was mostly the NY elite.

Dolan spoke out initially against the provisions of Obamacare coercing people to violate their consciences in 2012, then fell silent in the lead-up to the election.
