Federal Court: Christian Pregnancy Centers Must Tell Patients Where They Can Get Abortions
The Federalist ^ | 10/14/16 | Bre Payton

A federal court just ruled that pregnancy centers have to tell their patients where they can get publicly-funded contraception and an abortion—even if it violates their religious beliefs.

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled today that California law AB 775, which compels Christian, pro-life pregnancy centers to advocate for abortion, doesn’t impede their First Amendment right to exercise their religious beliefs.

The National Institute of Family and Life Advocates, a faith-based pro-life group with 111 clinics in California, has been embroiled in lawsuit against California Attorney General Kamala Harris for a year since the bill was signed into law last October.

Harris, who is currently running for Senate, supports the law and has financial ties with the nation’s largest abortion provider.

Why? Are they like Clintoon supporters who are too friggin’ stupid to figure anything out for themselves? It sounds like these “judges” are trying to clean up the gene pool.

It’s this type of crap that’s going to start CWII. It’s bad enough to deny someone’s first amendment rights but compulsion of speech in violation of conscience is the ultimate tyranny.

Leftists are getting people’s backs up in a big way. The threat obvious: say what we want or withdraw from society.

But abortionists don’t have to tell women where they can get support to deliver their babies. What’s the difference? Abortion is legal; giving birth is legal. Abortion is tax-funded; birth is tax-funded.

They seem to be saying abortion is the right choice, so everyone must promote it, while birth is the wrong choice, so the options should be constrained or hidden. Notice the correlation with suicide: it’s better to off yourself, right?

After Clinton gets done in four years with help from her Federal court picks we will be paying for abortions, and doctors/facilities will be forced to perform them.

The Ninth gets overruled by the USSC probably more than any other court. This may go down in flames, too.

They could always say “I don’t recall” like Hillary did in her testimony.....no crime committed if you just don’t remember.

The first step here is for organizations that provide counseling services like this to stop getting licensed by any jurisdiction. Open the facility and call it a book store or something like that.

“No”.

Problem solved.

Even if they test these Christian pregnancy centers, they can’t prosecute.

Christian pregnancy centers should tell their patients where to go if they want abortions:

“If you choose to get an abortion, you can go to . . . Hell . . . and you will.”
