Thank you for your reply and for posting your favorite KJV Bible verses.

1 John 3:18
My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth.

There are things that are evident in the life of a true Christian, I believe when people get saved, when they are born-again by the Spirit of God, they will be a new creation. They will look different than how the old man looked. They will act different than how the old man acted.

But what if they don’t?

Then for the purposes of language God's preserved word means nothing, because old and new is different. Comparing old man to new man, there’s a difference. When someone gets saved they are created in His righteousness and in His holiness, and the Holy Ghost comes and lives inside of them as a born again Christian.

The Holy Ghost will lead them to a life that is holy. That’s why the Bible says, “Be ye holy as he is Holy.” The Scriptures are very clear about that. I also believe that many people profess that they know God, but in works they deny Him, and it’s their works that are truly indicative of whom they claim to be as a Christian.

Are we really who we say we are? I don’t know about you but I have run into people who say they are Christian, and I’m thinking to myself, “That’s not how I thought a Christian acted.” I always thought Christians didn’t lie, or steal, or use foul language, but many people who say they are Christians are still doing those things.

If the salvation a person has, has not changed their life, then that person does not have Biblical salvation. Biblical salvation works in a person’s life. I think that lost people who have no desire to go to Church, don’t go because many times, all week long they're rubbing shoulders with people who do go to Church, but those people don’t have a transformed life.

And because they see unfaithful Christians, they say, “Well, Church don’t do them any good, why should I go waste my time on Sunday? I might as well stay home and watch Television” The lifestyles of people who profess to be Christian can damage others for the worse, and can actually help to send people to hell, adding hardness to the heart and toward God's preserved word. If you're saved today, you of all people are the most blessed, of all people on earth.

"let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth."
