I appreciate that you took the time to review this paper on the various gospels. Yes, I am not only in agreement with it, but Dr. Wittman has been my discipler for about 25 years.

While I do not always have exactly the same opinion as he does, his careful and detailed dissection of various key doctrines has helped me a great deal.

Again, I compliment you in at least giving the determined and diligent work of others a fair shake, even though you may not agree with the conclusions.

I am quite aware of your use of large portions of Scripture in the sense that you desire to help others to see a particular verse in a broader context of the narrative as originally inscripturated without verse divisions, so that some finer points of the general tone may be appreciated. However, I do believe your usual choice of the text color undermines the effect you desire to achieve. So does the tiny font size of the attribution, that brings a negative response from the reader.

You might find it useful to follow the style sheet of published articles in the periodicals of theological societies, which have proven to be a better way to communicate passages from a particular translation.

That's just a suggestion, but how you choose to present your thoughts is your privilege.

Moving on, in considering what the Gospel of Jesus Christ is, its description is contained in a guide to its transmission in a one-on-one situation:

"GOSPEL PRESENTATION HIGHLIGHTS from a Theocentric Approach" (click here)

This gives a useful plan for helping to progress in awakening the interest of a person seeking to know of the new life that is victorious over sinning and death.

Again, thank you for your patience. and thanks for making your "royalblue" passages readable!

Thank you for your kind words. I appreciate that we can hold different perspectives and still love the LORD Jesus Christ which we show by obedience to his commandments, especially the two greatest commandments.

And, behold, a certain lawyer stood up, and tempted him, saying, Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? He said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou? And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself. And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live.

Luke, Catholic chapger ten, Protestant verses twenty five to twenty eight,
as authorized, but not authored, by King James
