I have come to the impression that I now say the bible contains the word of God rather than the bible “is” the word of God.

That view would fit in well with the mainline churches. Perhaps the PCUSA?

I’m not sure what other churches agree with me. I just know what I believe. It’s always evolving as I am perfected, of course.
