I’m a little unclear: “defrocked” is not a term used in Catholic canon law. Could you explain what you mean by it?

Whatever “defrocked” is supposed to mean (In Catholic terms, it means nothing, because priests don’t wear frocks.), this priest has shown that he has absolutely no inkling of a shadow of a wisp of a murmur of a clue what Catholicism is, and should therefore be laicized.
