Yes, Nastro Azzuro is a very good beer. I was stationed in Italy twice, once in the Air Force (62-63)and in Rome at the embassy (76-79) and managed to sink a fair amount of Blue Ribbon.
This Pope seem to get his scriptures and history of islam from video games
Are you familiar with Bishop Sanborne and the seminary in Brooksville, Florida?
Or with Bishop Dolan and Father Cekeda?
Yes, I am familiar with all of them. Bishop Sanborn is my favorite of the three.
Rediscovered Nastro Azzurro at the local Cl VI store. Must have been new stock because a free N.A. etched beer glass came with each carton.
Next best thing to being there, & I wouldn’t want to be in Italy or anywhere else in western Europe right now.
I’m proud to have supported the seminary since its inception.
Interesting that the false narrative of Fatima is exposing the falseness of Islam.
Both are false and are not found in the Word.
Consider this promise from the apparition that appeared at Fatima:
Whosoever dies clothed in this Scapular shall not suffer eternal fire. - words of Our Lady to Saint Simon Stock
I challenge any roman catholic to show us in the New Testament where/how this "promise" can be supported.
The website goes to to say the following:
This garment of grace two simple pieces of brown wool worn over the shoulders is a tangible sign of the Blessed Mother ́s love and protection for Her devotees. We should kiss the Scapular devoutly when rising in the morning, and every time we put on a new Scapular to replace one that is worn or damaged. For this gesture of reverence, we receive an indulgence of 500 days, and we are also reminded to ask Our Lady: Preserve me this day from sin and the occasions of sin.

Can any of this be found in the New Testament???? NO! Why? Because it's a lie.
If roman catholicsm continues to advance this false narrative they are no better than Islam.
We have the model prayer that Christ offered to his disciples. Contrast it with the false promise of Fatima.
7And when you are praying, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they suppose that they will be heard for their many words.
8So do not be like them; for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.
9Pray, then, in this way: Our Father who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.
10Your kingdom come. Your will be done, On earth as it is in heaven.
11Give us this day our daily bread.
12And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Jesus clearly illustrates our prayers are to the Father. We are to rely upon Him for all that is asked in this model prayer.
The observant reader will note there is ZERO reference to wearing a scapular, special clothing, etc.
People would do well to remember the words of Paul to the Galatians.
6I am amazed that you are so quickly deserting Him who called you by the grace of Christ, for a different gospel; 7which is really not another; only there are some who are disturbing you and want to distort the gospel of Christ. 8But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! 9As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed! Galatians 1:6-9
Concur. Glad I got to see Europe when I did. I’d love to take my wife to Paris but that’s all off the table now.
See America first!
