I have read a bit on this lately and it would be difficult to explain but a heretic Pope would separate himself from the Church by his heresy and the College of Cardinals recognizing that he had left the Church would judge that he had removed himself and announce to the world that the Pope had abdicated the Throne of Peter and set about electing a new Pope.

Crazy times we live in. A pope that in one statement aims to nullify sacramental marriages. I am Catholic and am saddened and appalled at the attacks against faithful Christians, even by their own church.

My Catholic friends, this has all been written about in the Bible. These are the end times, and the Catholic Church will participate in the Great Apostasy of the False Prophet. If you are a “Victor” and keep to what you were taught, then you will be saved.

My theory’s been the church is being blackmailed over the pedophile issue by corrupt western governments, and that’s how they got Benedict to step down.
It shows to be the RCC no longer has their faith in Christ. If they did they would forsake all earthly things and endure.

Did you read the article?
He is talking about couples getting married without full knowledge of the responsibilities of the Sacrament of Matrimony and the consequences if they don’t fulfill those responsibilities — bearing children vs. contraception, for example.
